1. Controller

The controller of the personal data of Clients (account holders) is the Operator: Kamil Bartecki EVO-CODE, NIP 5050083887, ul. Gwarków 3/12, 21-010 Łęczna, e-mail: kontakt@meetme.zajebisty.eu (temporary).

2. Roles

For the personal data of the Client's End Users, the Client is the controller and the Operator acts as a processor (see the Data Processing Agreement). This Policy concerns data for which the Operator is the controller (Client accounts and use of the Platform).

3. Data, purposes and legal bases

• Account and service provision — name, e-mail, phone, login data (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract).
• Payments and accounting — billing data (Art. 6(1)(c) — legal obligation).
• Security, abuse prevention, analytics, claims — (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest).
• Marketing communication — only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Recipients

Data may be entrusted to processors supporting the Service: hosting provider, e-mail provider and the payment provider (e.g. PayU), under data processing agreements.

5. Retention

Data is kept for the term of the Agreement and afterwards for periods required by law (e.g. accounting) or until the limitation of claims.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure (anonymization), restriction, objection and data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

7. Cookies

The Platform uses cookies necessary for authentication and security (session, CSRF). Analytical/marketing cookies are used only with consent.

8. Transfers and changes

Data is processed within the EEA. The Operator may update this Policy; material changes are announced via the Platform.
